ALEJANDRO MARTÍNEZ PEÓN

Chief Executive Officer

Alejandro Martínez Peón is a seasoned senior executive with more than three decades of experience in business development, marketing, sales, operations, strategy and corporate finance in the telecommunications and media markets in Spain and Latin America. Prior to joining BeeDIGITAL AI as CEO in April 2024, he held leading management roles at major companies in the sector, including TeleCable (2009-17), Telefónica (2001-08) and as CEO of PRISA Noticias (2018-21). In recent years, he has been involved in value creation within technology companies, with a special focus on artificial intelligence, advising companies such as Carlyle Group and Nae Comunicaciones.

Alejandro holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oviedo and has complemented his training with executive programmes at Stanford University (Stanford Executive Program, Global Management, Leadership, 2017) and in corporate finance (The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE),1994).

CARMEN SAN EMETERIO

Sales and Marketing Director

Carmen joined BeeDIGITAL AI as Commercial Director of the company in 2022, assuming in January 2023 also the leadership of the Marketing department. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and alliance management positions in Southern Europe, she has worked in technology companies such as J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, Tealium and Adobe. At Adobe, she held the position of sales director and led the transformation to the SaaS model of its digital marketing solutions for companies in Spain.

She holds a degree in Physics from the University of Zaragoza and an MBA from IESE, and completed postgraduate studies in digital marketing management at the University of Barcelona (2010-2011) and at Columbia University in New York (2016).

PABLO MOLINA CANDEL

Pablo es el CTO de BeeDIGITAL AI desde abril de 2024. Con más de dos décadas de experiencia, lidera los equipos de desarrollo y tecnología en la empresa, mostrando un marcado interés en el enfoque técnico del producto de BeeDIGITAL y en la incorporación de una solución de inteligencia artificial (IA) para el mercado de las pymes.

Pablo cofundó CliBrain como CTO, una startup de IA para empresas. Anteriormente, ocupó el cargo de CTO en CoverWallet, startup líder en insurtech en EE.UU. y que fue adquirida por Aon. En el pasado desempeñó roles similares de liderazgo tecnológico en Kelisto y JustLanded.

MARK LEATHER

Chief Financial Officer

Mark is a seasoned finance leader with over 25 years’ experience in corporate roles in both private equity and listed company environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with honours (1994, City University of London Business School), as well as an extensive background in executive leadership and accounting.

In 2024, Mark joined BeeDIGITAL AI as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), having held senior roles in consulting firms and at Terratest Group (2015-2021), where he led Corporate Development and was CFO, and at Flowserve (2003-2014) as Divisional CFO and EMA CFO.
